3.1. Orders placed through our website are subject to availability and acceptance by The Parts Guy.

3.2. Prices listed are in CI Dollars and may change without prior notice.

3.3. Full payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept Bank transfer or Stripe

3.4. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders at our discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraud or pricing errors.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1. We deliver within the Cayman Islands and may offer international shipping based on availability.

4.2. Estimated delivery times are provided for reference but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur beyond our control.

4.3. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4.4. Risk of loss and ownership of products transfer to you upon delivery.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1. Returns are accepted within 7 days if the item is unused and in its original packaging.

5.2. Refunds will be processed within 7 days after we receive the returned item, however the lead time on a replacement is on a case by case basis

5.3. Certain items, such as electrical parts, may not be eligible for return.
